Vehicle Park in the Santa Clarita Valley

Hearing on appeal of Project No. 2019-000706-(5), Conditional Use Permit  
No. RPPL2019001251-(5), specifically Condition No. 23, Environmental  
Assessment No. 2019006043-(5), to authorize the continued operation and  
maintenance of an existing 47-space recreational vehicle park (Cali Lake RV  
Resort) located at 10645 Soledad Canyon Road within the Mount Gleason  
Zoned District and Santa Clarita Valley Planning Area, with appurtenant  
facilities (Project) in the Heavy Agricultural - Five Acre Minimum Required Lot  
Area (A-2-5) Zone within a Significant Ecological Area, applied for by Oceans  
11 RV Park, LLC; and find that the Project is exempt from the California  
Environmental Quality Act. (Appeal from the Regional Planning Commission’s

authority to the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk to enter into partnerships, in  
alignment with Voting Solutions for All People (VSAP) principles, for the  
continued support and development of the VSAP system, and to enter into  
agreements to transfer, sell, loan, or distribute VSAP-related assets when it is
