Solis: Direct the Chief Executive Officer, in consultation with the  
Director of Economic Opportunity and all relevant Department Heads,  
to enter into an agreement within 60 days with a consultant, in an  
amount not to exceed $200,000, and to complete within 90 days of  
execution, an economic impact and opportunity analysis of the 2028  
Olympic and Paralympic Games (Games) on the Los Angeles Regional  
economy, with the analysis to include, but not be limited to, the  
following: …  
Instruct the Director of Internal Services to make available all County  
contracting opportunities in a standardized, computer-readable format,  
within 15 days, work with for the City of Los Angeles to ensure that all  
County contracting opportunities are uploaded load into the Regional  
Alliance Marketplace for Procurement system, which will be used for  
Olympics procurement. and report back to the Board in writing within

(Pacheco), legislation which allows the inclusion of accents, umlauts,  
tildes, cedillas, and other diacritical marks on vital documents, giving  
individuals the right to have personal names spelled and pronounced

Recommendation as submitted by Supervisors Solis and Barger: Direct  
the Chief Executive Officer to provide an annual report back to the  
Board in writing on services and investments for each of the  
unincorporated communities with a population of over 10,000, in  
collaboration with all relevant Department Heads and special districts;  
and, in collaboration with relevant Department Heads, engage these  
unincorporated areas via a formal informational campaign to provide

Equitable Access to Supportive Services for Domestic Violence  
Survivors

Recommendation as submitted by Supervisor Solis: Direct the Chief  
Executive Officer to identify $6,415,000 and the needed positions to  
provide supportive and wraparound services to domestic violence  
survivors that do not qualify for California Work Opportunity and  
Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKS); and conduct an evaluation and  
measure outcomes to determine the effectiveness of the program  
providing supportive services to domestic violence survivors who are  
not CalWORKS eligible, by the next budget cycle. (24-1887)  
Preserve State Funding for the California State University  
Immigration Legal Services Project

State University Immigration Legal Services Project funds, as a part of

Reestablish the Reward Offer in the Investigation of the Fatal  
Shooting of Andrew Price

Recommendation as submitted by Supervisor Mitchell: Reestablish the  
$20,000 reward offered in exchange for information leading to the  
apprehension and conviction of the person or persons responsible for  
the heinous murder of 37-year-old Andrew Price, who died from  
injuries sustained in a drive-by shooting that occurred on a sidewalk  
located near 13301 South Wilkie Avenue in the City of Gardena on
