Revised recommendation as submitted by Supervisors Solis and
Mitchell: Direct the Director of Consumer and Business Affairs
(DCBA), in collaboration with County Counsel, the Executive Director
of the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA), Assessor,
and other relevant departments and key stakeholder engagement,
including, but not limited to, property associations, landlords, tenant
advocates, affordable housing developers and tenants, to return to the
