Governance Reform Task Force Labor Representation
Recommendation as submitted by Supervisor Horvath: Find and
determine that an emergency exists within the meaning of Government
Code Section 54974, to fill the unscheduled vacancy immediately; and
Accept the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor’s nomination of
Vivian A. Gray to the Governance Reform Task Force and appoint her
to serve as the Labor Appointment representing the Los Angeles
County Federation of Labor until a permanent appointment is made.
